Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, they can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund as part of our unconditional satisfaction guarantee.

Returning Products

Products purchased within 30 days may be sent back to Blue Ridge Trax for a full refund (less shipping charges).  Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.

Custom built products are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We welcome exchanges for items of different scale or rail size providing they are unused, in new condition.  Items may be exchanged up to one year after purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled without penalty before they are shipped.  If a non-custom item has already been shipped, it can be returned for a full refund, less any shipping charges, providing the items are in new unused condition.

How to Return an Item

Contact Blue Ridge Trax at service@blueridgetrax.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  We will provide complete return instructions when we issue the RMA number.

We reserve the right to amend and update our Return Policy at any time without notice.
